Central Nebraska Wood Preservers specializes in the pressure treatment of wood to provide quality builder-grade lumber that is long lasting, safe, and comparable to other building materials such as aluminum and steel. Our lumber products provide the natural beauty and versatility of wood without any of the hassle, including susceptibility to mold, pests, rotting, and decay.

Big Red Sawmill utilizes a state-of-the-art TimberKing 2200 band saw that can handle logs up to 36″ in diameter and 34′ in length. Big Red also utilizes a 6000 bd. ft. forced air kiln-drying facility and a large firewood cutting and splitting machine that can handle up to 6 cords per hour. Big Red Sawmill has kiln-dried lumber of various sizes and species for sale, wood products such as smoking chips/chunks and grilling wood, board planning services, cedar and hardwood mulch and, of course, firewood.

American Wood Fibers, Inc. is primarily engaged in wood and mulch processing.

A & E Woodworking, Inc. is primarily engaged in manufacturing fabricated wood millwork, including wood millwork covered with materials such as metal and plastics. Planing mills primarily engaged in producing millwork are included in this industry.
