USDA Announces Grant to Help Farms and Rural Small Businesses Protect the Environment with Clean Energy. 

Through this project, Nebraska MEP has established an energy auditing program to assist agricultural producers and rural small businesses with evaluating the energy efficiency of their operations and the potential for incorporating renewable energy technology into their operations. With Nebraska MEP’s connections to Nebraska’s manufacturing sector, industrial and/or business audits are expected to comprise the largest percentage of completed audits.
