Give Your Supervisors the Skills to Lead Effectively

Frontline supervisors have a direct impact on communication, employee performance, engagement, and the day-to-day success of manufacturing teams. Nebraska MEP, in partnership with Dale Carnegie, offers Frontline Supervisor Training designed to strengthen the practical people-management skills manufacturing supervisors use every day.

This three-session training program provides workplace-focused learning that helps supervisors build trust and credibility, navigate challenging conversations, coach employees, and lead stronger teams.

Participants are encouraged to complete all three sessions for the most comprehensive development experience. Each session can also be taken independently based on individual development needs.

Built for Manufacturing Leaders

Leading people in a manufacturing environment comes with unique demands. Supervisors must balance production requirements, safety considerations, employee needs, workforce dynamics, and daily performance expectations while keeping their teams working toward common goals.

Frontline Supervisor Training focuses on the practical leadership skills needed to manage those responsibilities effectively. Each session addresses an important area of people leadership that supervisors can apply in their everyday interactions with employees.
