The Skinner Baking Company supplies more than 200 million Danish pastries and batter products per year to customers throughout the US. Cinnamon rolls, sweet rolls, and coffee and crumb cakes are among the products manufactured and frozen at its Nebraska facility. Its baked goods are offered under the Skinner brand and other branded and private-label names to store bakeries, foodservice companies, and distributors. The company also specializes in co-packing for contract food manufacturers.
