Royal operates in Minden, Nebraska, and prides itself on being an employee-owned company that fosters a family-friendly atmosphere. As we continue to grow as a company, we are in search of individuals who want to grow with us, both individually and as a team. Royal has been manufacturing products in Minden for more than 60 years. Although our company started as a manufacturer of plastic parts, we now make composite parts solely for the aerospace industry. Through our efforts, we support a number of commercial and defense aircraft, including Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner, Bell-Boeing’s V-22 Osprey, Airbus’s A320 and Sikorsky’s CH-53K King Stallion. As a company, we have gone through a number of changes over the years. In the midst of all the change, one thing remains constant - the pride we have for the community we support, the products we manufacture and the employee owners that make our success possible.

Grayson Tool Co. is a custom fabrication shop that includes all facets of metal manufacturing. We have 44,000 square foot manufacturing facility that enables Grayson to meet the special requirements of most any metal design. We are ISO 9001-2015 Certified.
