The Nebraska Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NE MEP) and The Food Processing Center (FPC) at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, is providing support to food manufacturers by answering food safety and regulatory questions for all food processors located in the Southwestern region (NE, KS, OK, NM, AZ, TX, and CO). This assistance is designed to help understand/clarify the food safety requirements. In addition to regulatory questions, the FPC has expertise in other food-related areas, which makes it an essential partner to provide solutions regarding food quality issues.
