The Nebraska Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NE MEP) and The Food Processing Center (FPC) at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, is providing support to food manufacturers by answering food safety and regulatory questions for all food processors located in the Southwestern region (NE, KS, OK, NM, AZ, TX, and CO).
