M2m Presents:
Supply Chain Optimization

Event Description

Is your supply chain strategy synchronized to your corporate strategy? Do you have a supply chain strategy at all? Every manufacturer is focused on monitoring and improving operational efficiency, but often neglect their supply chain, which commonly holds about three times the total spend of operations. The excuses are many: “it’s too complex,” “it’s beyond our control,” “we don’t have the resources,” etc. Not only are there large potential payoffs to improved supply chain efficiency but, more importantly, the risks to your business of supply disruption or failure can be catastrophic. It all starts with developing a strategy to build deep awareness, develop relationships, establish communication channels, identify and manage risk, and make well-informed sourcing decisions.
