Lean Six sigma

Improve your company’s productivity with Lean Six Sigma training. Lean Six Sigma is a hybrid methodology that combines the principles of efficiency optimization systems Lean and Six Sigma. Through Lean Six Sigma training, businesses are able to more effectively develop and implement a long-term plan to streamline operations that focuses on growth and innovation. Individuals may demonstrate Lean Six Sigma proficiency through different levels of certification. Green Belt certified individuals understand how to perform and interpret Six Sigma tools and how to use standard principles of Lean. Those with Green Belt certification can expand their knowledge up to the Black Belt level of proficiency.

MEP can assist with the training and certification of Lean Six Sigma Belts at multiple levels.
